It says it can act as a client's HR team or add capacity to an existing one, and its HR work covers the whole employment life cycle. It also acts as an independent third party in sensitive matters such as poor performance, internal complaints or workplace conflict.

Alongside recruitment, the company offers face to face and online eLearning training, career coaching and career transition packages, and cloud-based HR, onboarding and performance software.
