BLOOM

BLOOM is a recruitment business offering services in Brisbane, Australia. It describes itself as a specialist in recruitment and organisational effectiveness. It was formed by a trio of directors who say they have a collective 20 years of recruitment experience.

The company recruits in marketing and sales, finance and corporate services, human resources and talent acquisition, leadership and executive positions, project and program delivery, and product and design. Its technology work covers software engineering and web development, cloud, DevOps and security engineering, and business intelligence, predictive analytics and operational insights. Members of the team have recruited in the tech and IT market in Brisbane, and in accounting and finance, corporate services and executive roles.

Beyond recruitment, BLOOM helps businesses build foundations in recruitment, HR and culture, and design and implement people processes. One director works inside client businesses to build or rebuild their HR and recruitment functions.
