Block Recruit

Block Recruit is a recruitment agency that focuses on the Block Management sector in the UK. It fills positions such as block administrators, block managers, assistant block managers and credit controllers, and also recruits for areas including build to rent, student housing, facilities management, housing associations and estate agency.

The company offers permanent recruitment, contract recruitment and executive search for Board and director level posts. It also runs a managed recruitment service, in which it acts as a client's internal recruitment function for part or all of its hiring, and a business consultancy service for clients that prefer to handle their own recruitment. It says it draws on a candidate database built over a number of years for the Block Management sector, and that most of its turnover comes from repeat business.

The company is led by Managing Director Alice Cadfan-Lewis, who is described as having 20 years in the Block Management sector. Its job search covers London, Scotland, Wales and other UK regions, as well as international positions in South Africa.
