About the Agency
Bligh Group is a childcare recruitment agency that has supplied nursery staff on a temporary and permanent basis since 1974. It provides staff at all levels and for all roles in nurseries, and says its candidates are enhanced DBS checked and fully vetted.
The agency works around London and its outskirts. Alongside nursery staff, it provides nannies, babysitters, mothers helps, maternity nurses, nanny-housekeepers and troubleshooters, and offers emergency childcare 365 days a year. Its nanny agency trades as Nannies Plus Us. It also runs a bank service for last minute staffing requirements. It says it handpicks and personally interviews its staff and sends only CVs that match a client's needs.
Director Judith Wayne has worked in the childcare sector for over 30 years, in both recruitment and training, and was once Chair of the REC Childcare sector. Kieran Ivers joined the business over 15 years ago and is now co-owner of the two agencies.
