Blaze Search is a women-owned, retained executive search firm founded by Julie Puckett and Kim Ghantous. Julie Puckett, Founding Partner, brings diverse global experience hiring executives for high-growth companies. She began her recruiting career at Korn/Ferry, moved in-house to Vistaprint and TripAdvisor (where she led global executive recruiting), and later partnered at True Search working with early stage to public clients across the technology ecosystem. Kim Ghantous, Founding Principal, focuses on connecting executives with purpose-driven organisations across verticals, functions, and geographies. She previously worked at True Search and started her career at Park Square Executive Search, with background in life sciences and behavioural science study.

Blaze Search works across B2B, marketplace, and B2C companies spanning multiple verticals. The firm has supported clients including Shopify, ezCater, Brightcove, Assent, PayIt, SeatGeek, SpotHero, Freshbooks, Snagajob, and Zoe.
