The company also carries out executive search for the UK and US real estate and construction markets, offers leadership consulting, and produces salary benchmarking and market insight reports. It is building a CFO network for senior finance leaders in construction and real estate, focused on Texas, Florida and London.

The head office is in London, and there is an office in Houston. The company says its team has over 200 years of combined experience across the UK, USA and international markets.
