Blast Talent is a recruitment firm that exclusively recruits revenue generation professionals, covering sales, business development and capture roles, for companies wanting to build or grow a government sales arm. It works in the aerospace, defence and government contracting sectors and is headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina.

Its rapid recruiting model aims to provide three candidates meeting 85% of the client's criteria within 30 days of launch, or the client receives a market-driven exit report. Under what it calls a shared risk approach, it offers extended payment terms that stop if the placed employee terminates. It also uses news platforms to reach sales, business development and capture professionals who may not otherwise be looking for a change.

The leadership team includes Sam Havelock as chairman and Emily Benjamin as CRO. Benjamin previously worked in business development and strategic partnerships at SOFX Media, a defence media publisher.
