Bkonnect

Bkonnect is a recruitment company based in Deventer. It takes recruitment work off the hands of client companies, with recruiters who act on the client's behalf and in the client's name. Its services are recruitment and selection (Werving & Selectie) and inhouse recruitment. It also supports companies with HR, which it says goes hand in hand with recruitment, and offers flexible hiring of specialist knowledge and experience.

The company says it began from the wish to give people a place where they matter and enjoy their work. It matches professionals to organisations by looking at company culture and room to develop as well as work experience. The business is led by director Robin Boerhof, with a team of recruiters.
