BioMed Recruitment is a recruitment firm specialising in lab automation and technology roles. It mainly helps companies that sell automated solutions to laboratories expand their engineering and sales teams. It also supports internal automation departments in diagnostics, drug discovery, therapeutics and other technology-driven labs. Roles it has filled include field application scientist, field service engineer, systems engineer, automation sales executive and lab automation engineer. It also hires hardware and software engineers, and says it can recruit for mechanical, electrical, systems, software and bioinformatics roles beyond lab automation.

The firm is based in Oceanside, California. Its founder, Ian, started it in early 2021 after returning to North County San Diego, working with Chris, a fellow recruiter. Ian and Chris say they personally source and screen every candidate. The firm says it often works alongside clients' internal recruiters. It offers a one-year guarantee, under which it finds a replacement at no additional cost if a hire leaves or is terminated within 12 months.
