Bilingual Source

Bilingual Source is a Toronto recruitment agency that connects French/English bilingual professionals with employers across Canada and North America. It was established in 1984 as an engineering and manufacturing search firm named Target Search, placing candidates such as quality control staff, mechanical engineers and plant managers. After the Ontario recession of 1989 to 1990 cut demand for engineering and production staff, it shifted its focus to the French/English bilingual market.

It fills roles from customer service to executive level. Its in-house recruiters carry out a process it calls a Deep Dive into a client's goals, culture and hiring needs, and it says employers pay only when it delivers results. Its services are free to job seekers who speak fluent French and English, are eligible to work in Canada and are looking for full-time work. It also runs a job board that it says draws on multiple job boards and includes unadvertised jobs.
