About the Agency
Big Bang Talent is a small recruiting firm that provides talent sourcing support in tech, working with startups. Joeri Leemans founded it in 2021, drawing on his earlier experience building recruiting operations for various startups.
The firm does the sourcing and everything up to the first call, so that the client's own team can pitch the company and close candidates. It also builds a talent database for the client. It says it has stayed small by design, which limits its capacity but lets it focus on each client. Asana, Miro and Zip are among the companies whose recruiters give testimonials.
Big Bang Talent charges by the hour. It does not use contingency fees or container search.
