Better Staff is an Australian owned boutique technology recruitment agency, established in 2008 and based in Brookvale, Sydney. It connects Sydney businesses and organisations across Australia with IT and technology professionals, and supports both contract and permanent hiring. It says it understands the needs of small and medium sized businesses, and it describes candidate roles with small and medium sized agencies, fintechs, start-ups and scale-ups.

Its recruitment is organised into six practice areas, covering network, cloud and infrastructure, data, analytics and AI, software and innovation, sales and business development, projects and transformation, and IT roles in education. Roles it fills include cloud engineers, network specialists, software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity engineers and business analysts.

The agency reports that 72% of its successful placements come from referrals and direct approach. It also reports being awarded Sourcr by Seek's 2025 Agency of the Year for Technology, based on verified candidate and client reviews rather than a judging panel.
