Better Placed is a recruitment consultancy that recruits across the UK in marketing, digital, tech and software development, agency, CPG and finance roles. It says it has been introducing candidates to businesses for nearly 20 years, and it operates from offices in Leeds, Manchester and London.

Its marketing consultants cover brand and product management, marketing analytics, CRM and email marketing, and PR and communications. The digital team recruits in e-commerce, PPC and SEO, paid social, CRO and web analytics, on both the agency and client side. The agency team recruits across client services, creative, finance, technology and AI. The CPG team covers supply chain, logistics, and sales and marketing at mid to senior level. A tech and software development division was launched in 2020 and is headed by Jonathan Moran.

Senior leadership and board-level appointments are handled by bpe search, the executive search arm of the Better Placed Group, which works with businesses in the UK, Europe and North America. The company also supports interim, contract and temporary hiring, including day rate and IR35 advice.
