Rachael is an Associate Member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association, which is the peak body for the employment industry. MRCSA is only secured after a minimum of seven years relevant, recent and ongoing private recruitment industry experience. Rachael also has extensive professional experience recruiting across the Gippsland Region. Having commenced her career in 2002 with GBS Recruitment, Rachael was trained by the founder of the business and it was at this time that she developed a passion for creating inspired relationships with clients, candidates and the Gippsland Community. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, bringing both technical expertise and practical insight to financial management. At GBS Recruitment, Vicki manages all internal finances, oversees the end-to-end labour hire pay run, manages HRIS processes and provides payroll services to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and award interpretation are applied at every stage. She also supports our Safety and Injury Management Specialist with all aspects of WorkCover and injury management administration.
