Berkeley Scott is a recruitment business, headquartered in London, that places permanent and temporary staff in the hospitality, catering and support services sector. It has operated since 1984 and says it has over 40 years of experience in hospitality recruitment and thousands of successful placements. Pamela Martin is its Managing Director.

The company works across divisions that include education and healthcare, pubs, bars and restaurants, chefs, hotels, events and stadia, sales, marketing and revenue, and quick service restaurants. It supplies temporary chefs and offers a managed service provider (MSP) solution for clients. Searches are carried out by an in-house team of recruitment professionals.

Besides the London head office, it has offices in Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds and Glasgow. Temporary recruitment is handled at all six, and permanent recruitment at all except Glasgow.
