Beluforce Executive Search

Beluforce Executive Search is a recruitment and executive search consultancy based in Dreieich, Germany, serving the real estate and finance industries. It says it has been bringing qualified staff and companies together for over a decade, and it is active across the German-speaking region.

The firm works mainly through direct search and manual candidate selection, rather than relying on job adverts. It offers executive search for management-level positions and talent management for qualified candidates in middle management. Roles it has filled include commercial and technical asset management, property management, portfolio, investment and fund management, accounting and service charge billing, team and executive assistants, managing directors, branch heads and heads of technology.

The company's CEO is Stefan Nikles, who has specialised in direct search since 2012 and in real estate since 2015. Besides the head office in Dreieich, it says it has decentralised contact points in real estate centres of the DACH region, such as Munich and Berlin.
