Belkirk

Belkirk is a recruitment agency that places permanent staff in project management, property development and corporate services roles. It works with employers and candidates in Melbourne and Brisbane, and says it serves employers across Victoria and Queensland.

The company is headquartered in Melbourne, with offices in Cremorne and in the Brisbane CBD. It was founded by Kylie Kilpatrick, who is its director and senior recruiter and has advised property and construction companies in Victoria and Queensland for close to fifteen years. The team also includes an operations manager who recruits for corporate services roles and an operations coordinator.

Belkirk describes its approach to recruitment as human centric. Alongside recruitment it runs Obtain, which offers one-to-one career coaching and guides and templates for job seekers, such as a resume template and a LinkedIn profile guide.
