Beilby Downing Teal Pty Ltd, also called BDT, is an Australian recruitment firm offering executive search, board appointments, permanent recruitment, public sector recruitment, diversity recruitment, interim and contract solutions and psychometric services. It was formed from two older firms, Beilby Recruitment and Downing Teal, and says it combines 50 years of experience in the recruitment industry. It is part of the CGH Group.

Downing Teal was opened in Perth in 1966 by Michael Downing to supply the first two iron ore projects in the Pilbara. Beilby was launched in 1975 by Ron Beilby, a human resources and employee relations specialist, with a selection process that included psychometric testing.

The firm says it has over 50 staff in seven offices and works with international reach. Its team of Company Directors, Senior Consultants and Research staff has specialist knowledge in construction, defence, digital, government, infrastructure, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, mining, and oil and gas. Offices are in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, Darwin and Brisbane.
