The process for Board recruitment exceeded expectations. The initial interview helped clarify the skills and expertise we were looking for in prospective candidates to our Board, this built confidence in Be Recruitment and the process. The candidates referred by Be Recruitment matched the agreed criteria which made the face-to-face online introductions progress smoothly allowing both parties to gain an understanding and an authentic connection. These interviews greatly assisted the selection process for our Board. The skill set of our Board has been significantly enriched. I would have no hesitation in recommending Be Recruitment to any comparative organisation for the recruitment of Board members. The process contributed to matching the expertise and skills we required which does not always occur with personal referrals.
