Beaumont People

Beaumont People is an Australian recruitment and consulting firm that focuses on purpose-led sectors. Nikki Beaumont founded it in 2001, and it says it remains 100% female owned. It recruits for charities, not-for-profits, social enterprises, education, associations and membership organisations, health and community services, and professional services.

It fills permanent, temporary, contract and interim roles and runs executive search for positions such as chief executive officer, chief financial officer and board chair. Other roles it places include fundraising, marketing and communications, technology and data, policy and governance, and case management and social work. Its consulting services cover leadership advisory, capability assessment, career transition and workforce strategy. It has run the LEAD professional development and mentoring program since 2017. It is a certified B Corporation and a registered corporate member of the RCSA.

The Australian head office is in Sydney, with offices in Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers. It says it recruits nationally. It expanded to Byron Bay in 2015, the Gold Coast in 2021 and Melbourne in 2023.
