Beauchamp Partners

Beauchamp Partners is a London recruitment consultancy that places private household staff, including nannies, across the UK and internationally. This includes staff for yachts, planes, private villas and chalets.

The roles it fills include housekeepers, chefs, estate managers, gardeners, butlers, chauffeurs and live-in couples. Nannies and maternity nurses are placed under the Beauchamp Nannies name. The company says it has been established for over thirty years. It says it sees all its candidates and trains its consultants in psychological techniques and in checking CVs and references.

For employers who find staff themselves, it also offers a paid employment support service. It interviews the chosen person, checks references, helps draft employment contracts and advises for up to six months after the hire.
