I'm your experienced, specialist executive recruiter / headhunter / search consultant with a rare track record gained over 20+ years in Western Australia and Europe. A graduate of Curtin University, I've spent most of my career recruiting and advising people who want to make a difference in their chosen career, connecting them with growing employers who will make it happen. I'm a business founder and entrepreneur, and active member of Western Australia's ICT & digital community, supporting the start-up sector, students and experienced professionals. I've been told I have a reputation in the ICT industry as the "go-to recruiter" for specialist advice on how to recruit, retain and retrain an organisation's most important asset - the right people. She also has several years experience in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns. With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management, Marketing and Management from the University of Western Australia, and a passion for customer service, Bec is an integral part of the Beacham Group team.

With 15+ years in the Perth IT industry, Ellen is thriving in her role as a Senior Talent Advisor and Delivery Manager at Beacham Group, where her dynamic skill set supports her in recruitment, team management, and client communications. She enjoys a broad scope of business exposure, continuously building on her expertise in leadership, project management, marketing, and candidate/client relations. With a degree in Marketing and Management as well as relevant TAFE certifications, she blends her passions into her career, constantly learning and evolving.

Aoife (Eefa) is our highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist here at Beacham Group. Her main responsibilities include nurturing candidate relationships and identifying top-tier talent, to ensure efficient candidate management and continuation of our smooth hiring processes. By presenting well-researched shortlists to the delivery team, she ensures that the right candidates are matched with the right roles, to deliver a high quality of service and support to all our candidates and clients. She is a dynamic professional with strong skills in talent acquisition, account management, and customer service experience within the Technology, Software and Data Management industries. Aoife’s passion for connecting people with opportunities and her drive for delivering outstanding service make her a true asset to Beacham Group.
