Bayani Talent is a recruitment company founded by two brothers, Laurens and Steven Dejager, on a mission to solve dual labour market challenges by bridging skilled Filipino workers with qualified Belgian employers seeking motivated staff. The company specialises in recruiting talented, driven individuals directly from the Philippines and managing the complete employment cycle from initial hiring through visa processing, travel facilitation, and social integration in Belgian society. Their name 'Bayani' means 'hero in the community' in Tagalog, referring to the millions of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who work abroad to support their families at home.

Bayani Talent's founding emerged from complementary professional experiences: Laurens observed persistent skilled labour shortages across SMEs and multinationals in Belgium, while Steven witnessed abundant motivated talent in the Philippines facing limited job prospects and social mobility despite significant qualifications. After extensive conversations, they determined to pursue a mission creating mutual benefit, enabling Belgian business growth whilst providing life-changing opportunities for Filipino workers through meaningful, sustainable employment.
