Base Camp is a boutique recruitment agency in Singapore covering IT, corporate and go-to-market hiring for growing companies and global firms across Asia. It is operated by Base Camp Recruitment Pte Ltd and is led by founder James Goodwin.

Its IT business handles permanent, contract and remote hiring. A separate corporate arm recruits go-to-market and other corporate candidates. The company works in Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand, and gives office addresses in Singapore, at Paya Lebar Quarter, and in Jakarta. It says it has over 30 years of experience.

The team includes a business manager, an account manager, a recruitment consultant and a candidate manager. The company also runs community work, including a one-week volunteer house-building mission in Siem Reap, Cambodia, in June 2022.
