Barratt Galvin is a specialist legal recruitment agency that places legal professionals into private practice law firms, with a focus on international firms in the Middle East. It recruits in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Doha, and also for international law firms in Australia and the UK.

Its recruitment covers lawyers, legal assistants, business development, marketing, HR and finance roles within the legal sector. It serves law firms building teams as well as legal professionals planning a move. The agency says it is not a generalist and that it never sends a CV without the candidate's knowledge and consent.

The agency was founded by Laura Barratt, who is its director. Her career began inside international law firms before she moved into legal recruitment in 2005. She says she works with a small number of clients and candidates at any one time.
