Balmer Recruitment Group

Balmer Recruitment Group is a boutique headhunting and recruitment business serving the UK. It specialises in sales, account management, recruitment and marketing roles within EdTech and education recruitment organisations. It was founded in January 2025 by Niall, who says he has more than a decade in senior roles across education recruitment and EdTech.

The company works in two directions. It recruits recruiters, connecting them with education recruitment agencies, and it headhunts experienced EdTech professionals in sales, account management and marketing. Its services are grouped into four areas: recruitment for education recruitment agencies across England and Wales, retained and contingent recruitment for EdTech and SaaS companies, sales and business consultancy, and executive search through retained recruitment for key hires and senior roles. It also offers a 'pay what you want' option for small firms.
