Ballinger Leafblad is an executive search firm that works exclusively in the civic sector, serving foundations, nonprofits, higher education institutions and professional associations. It is based in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

The firm was co-founded by Marcia Ballinger and Lars Leafblad, and Jamie Millard is co-owner and managing partner. It works on fixed fees and says its founding partners are involved in every search. Its method is to engage with the client, reach out to candidates, work through a decision and then build on success.
