Balance Staffing Partners, which operates in New England as Balance Staffing New England, supplies staff to organisations throughout New England and remotely, and says it has done so since 2006. It has placed candidates in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. Its areas of expertise range from manufacturing associates to office professionals and skilled trades.

The New England business has four locations: Ludlow, Orange and Gardner in Massachusetts, and Salem in New Hampshire. It says each location has at least one employee with 15 years of experience in recruiting.

The company is co-owned by Lorie Miller, who it says has over 25 years of industry experience, and Matthew Klapper, who previously served as its Chief Financial Officer.
