Baker Recruitment

Baker Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency specialising in real estate and property technology. It is based in Sydney, with an office in Brookvale, and says it is not confined to recruiting within Sydney. Its consultants have backgrounds in the industry, and the company reports more than 10 years of experience in the sector.

It places permanent and temporary staff, from entry level positions to management roles. The roles it recruits for include sales assistants, property managers, administrators, personal assistants and sales agents. The company says it holds thousands of candidates in its database and serves both employers filling vacancies and candidates looking for work.
