B3 Personal is a Swedish staffing and recruitment company based in Stockholm. It was founded in 2014 and has been owner-led since then, with Ulf Gresté as CEO and founder. The company started in logistics, covering warehouse, production and distribution staffing, and now places people in a wider range of sectors and functions, from floor-level staff to chief executives. It describes itself as sector-neutral and client-oriented.

Its services are projects, staffing, recruitment and Soft Office Management. Project work covers installation, assembly, construction, plumbing and electrical work, using tradespeople and complete work teams with on-site supervision. Staffing includes contracting, temporary staffing and 24/7 on-call cover. Recruitment is offered as direct recruitment and rental recruitment. Soft Office Management provides reception, mail, conference, property-related service and handyman support for offices. Skill areas include IT support, finance, transport, logistics, customer service, production and solar installation.

B3 Personal works from Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö and serves clients across Sweden. It reports 145 employees and more than 200 customers.
