AXG is a recruitment and workforce solutions firm that provides contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement services for project-based, rotational, contingent labour and payrolling requirements. It is an Aurex Group company and specialises in the Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. Its industry coverage includes engineering and construction, oil, gas and chemicals, power and renewables, data centres, and roads, bridges, rail and port work.

The business was founded in 2010 in Hong Kong. It now has offices in Houston, Denver, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Brisbane and Sydney, and works with affiliate offices across China. It says it has supplied contingent labour and contract talent to organisations in more than 50 countries. It became a 100% management-owned business in 2022.

Its services include executive retained search, contingent search, interim management, contracting and payrolling. It says many of its team members have worked in the industries for which they recruit. In real estate, it devises hiring strategies across investment, development and operational roles.
