AWS Executive

AWS Executive is an executive search firm that recruits chief executives, directors, board members and trustees for charities, non-profits, NGOs, charitable trusts and foundations, B Corps and corporates with a focus on social impact. It has worked with CEOs and Boards since 2010 and was co-founded by Donna McKay and Alan Surgeon.

The firm works on a retained executive search basis, and says one of its managing partners takes a hands-on role in each assignment. Typical appointments include CEO, Chair, Trustee and Non-Executive Director positions, along with senior roles such as Director of Finance, Director of Operations and Head of Funding and Partnerships. It also offers fundraising recruitment.

Its clients range from small to large organisations around the UK. The company has offices in London and Edinburgh, and describes itself as a small team of executive search professionals.
