AV Talent

AV Talent is a recruitment agency that works only in the audio visual industry, covering events and systems integration. It was formerly known as MiGrowth and is part of the Key Selection Group. The company says it is backed by decades of recruitment expertise.

On the events side, it places audio, lighting and video technicians, production managers and directors, riggers and designers for festivals, concerts, exhibitions, corporate launches and business events. On the systems integration side, it places engineers and managers who work on permanent AV installations, including installation, commissioning and maintenance, across education, hospitality, retail and the public sector. It fills permanent and contract roles, as well as short-term work.

AV Talent recruits across the UK, into Europe and in the USA. It says its international service includes compliance-aware hiring for global placements and candidates ready for relocation or remote delivery.
