AV Job Recruitment is a recruitment agency specialising in recruitment and selection for the audiovisual industry. It has been active in the AV market since 1996 and says that over 30 years it has built a large network and extensive knowledge of that market. It speaks to candidates and employers personally and puts people forward only when it sees a good fit.

Since 1 October 2026 the company has been phasing out its no-cure-no-pay way of working and focusing on exclusive recruitment assignments. This means it handles fewer vacancies at once, with active search, personal contact and careful preselection for each assignment. Roles it recruits for include audio account managers, AV and event technicians and installation project managers.

For employers whose vacancies do not need an exclusive assignment, there is a separate vacancy platform for the audiovisual sector, AVJobs.nl. On it, companies can place vacancies directly in front of a network of AV professionals without a recruiter.
