Auto Talent

Auto Talent is an Australian recruitment and consultancy business dedicated exclusively to the automotive industry. It was founded by Brooke Marangos, who spent over a decade working in the sector before launching the company, and she is its founder and director.

The company recruits for businesses across the automotive sector, including aftermarket suppliers, OEMs, national retail groups, performance brands, workshops and dealerships, and it also places jobseekers into roles. Its process covers initial consultations, candidate assessments, interviews and background checks. Beyond recruitment, it offers Human Resources consulting, legal consultancy, automotive marketing, business and personal coaching and development, and resume writing. It says it works nationally.
