Aussie Nurse Recruiters is a recruitment business based in Melbourne that places registered nurses into non-bedside roles across Australia. It fills positions such as clinical educator, clinical specialist and clinical applications specialist at companies that sell into healthcare, and director of nursing, governance and quality roles at providers. Other roles it recruits for include infection prevention and control, telehealth clinical lead, medical science liaison, practice manager and occupational health nurse.

The business is run by Michelle Mexted, who reports twenty-two years in recruitment, including with two of the largest agencies in the world, and the last seven years running her own business. She handles each brief personally and caps the business at six live roles at a time. Searches are exclusive for 21 days and end in a shortlist of three to five candidates, drawn from a private list of nurses who want to work away from the bedside and from a community she runs. Its fees are published at 15 percent of first year base salary plus super, or 18 percent for directors of nursing and executive and senior clinical appointments, with a six month replacement guarantee.
