Auricoe is a recruitment firm that describes its approach as values-led, matching candidates and clients on shared values. It recruits in financial services, including banking, insurance, investment and financial platforms, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital. It also recruits for UK and US commercial real estate, in roles across real estate debt, investment, originations, underwriting, asset management and loan servicing. Audit, risk, compliance and ethics professionals are a further focus, and it runs executive search for C-suite, Board and senior leadership positions.

The company says that since 2006 it has partnered with FTSE, NASDAQ and NYSE-listed firms on contingency, retained and project-based hiring, for permanent, contract and fixed-term roles. It says it uses AI-enabled intelligence alongside its networks and targeted headhunting.

The company is led by directors Matt Goodman and Gerry Ashison, who each report 17 years of recruitment experience. They created GA Global Consulting in 2006 before launching Auricoe. The main office is in Wimbledon Village, London, with a second office in New York.
