Attract

Attract is a Brisbane-based recruitment and HR consultancy that describes itself as a future of work and talent advisory business with national reach. It began as a traditional recruitment service and rebranded in 2020 as a future of work and talent acquisition consultancy. It says it has built its client portfolio over the last nine years.

Attract recruits on a permanent, contract, project and executive search basis. Its contract work covers contractors and interim resources, and its executive search team handles senior appointments. It also runs a future of work advisory practice and a Statement of Work practice that covers sourcing, onboarding, payroll and project management.

It supports sectors including infrastructure, marketing, design, technology, sales, defence, accounting and HR, and works with businesses across Brisbane and Australia from an office on Mary Street in Brisbane.
