Atomic Recruitment, a trading style of Fusion Recruitment Ltd, is a UK recruitment consultancy specialising in public practice accountancy. Its clients range from Top 4, mid-tier and independent accountancy practices to smaller boutiques.

The company recruits in audit and assurance, general practice (bookkeeping, accounts and outsourcing), taxation, payroll, corporate finance, insolvency, restructuring and advisory, and forensics. Roles run from trainee level up to manager, director and partner, and the company sets out the professional qualifications typical of each area, such as ACCA, ACA and AAT.

It was founded by Gideon, a former auditor at UHY Hacker Young who moved into recruitment and now specialises in general practice recruitment. Adam, who reports more than 25 years in executive search and recruitment, advises the business.
