Atlas Recruitment

Atlas Recruitment is an Australian recruitment firm that specialises in the built environment. It recruits for construction, infrastructure, architecture and interiors, engineering, health and safety, and project management, and says its work also extends to manufacturing and project delivery.

The firm was co-founded by Gareth Andrews and Ben Sojka, former colleagues who set out to offer a more personalised, boutique style of recruitment. It says its team has decades of experience and relationships in the sector. Atlas fills temporary and contract roles and permanent roles, and also takes on retained and project work.

Atlas says it has assisted some of Australia's largest building and infrastructure projects and partners with major construction companies across Australia. Its office is in Prahran, Victoria, and its job search covers Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and other parts of New South Wales.
