Atlas Partners is a Melbourne-based recruitment firm specialising in accounting and finance. It was founded in 2020 and is led by directors Liam Killen, Craig Gorton (CGMA) and Jake Densley.
The firm works with finance professionals from graduate level through to executive level. Its stated areas of work are executive search, qualified finance, contract and interim recruitment, and Women in Finance, which focuses on moving female talent into leadership roles. It says it supports candidates before, during and after each career move, and reports that more than half of the professionals it works with come back.
