Atlas Assistants

Atlas Assistants is a company that finds, hires and trains executive assistants for business owners, promising clients at least 10 hours of their week back, guaranteed. Each client is matched with an executive assistant who is individually trained on the company's own systems and standard operating procedures, which it describes as proven seven and eight figure systems and SOPs. While that match is being recruited, an internal team of highly trained assistants starts clearing the client's backlogged tasks, inbox, calendar and personal requests so that time is saved from day one. The company splits assistant work into executive work and general admin work.

Engagements follow four stages. The Energy Audit reviews where a client spends time and energy in the business and identifies which tasks to delegate, automate or eliminate, who to hire and in what order. The Executive Management System then produces personalised SOPs, including the Inbox Zero System of labels, rules and filters, ideal week design, calendar optimisation and time guarding. It also covers total travel management across flights, hotels, rentals and accommodation, plus meeting coordination, follow up and note taking. The Executive Atlas is a written guide documenting email, calendar and travel management, operational processes, finance management, and one to three critical business processes with process maps and step by step instructions.

Support extends across HR and recruiting, marketing, sales, customer support and finances, as well as personal scheduling of doctors appointments, leisure time and important dates, and relationship and family support. Assistants are vetted, trained and onboarded against each client's own needs and systems, then receive ongoing bi-weekly training and mentorship, help with diagnosing and resolving common issues, and a dedicated support manager for questions and suggestions.
