Atlantic Executive Search

Atlantic Executive Search specialises in finding recruitment and executive search professionals, from researchers and associates through to partners and practice leaders. It works with established firms and specialist boutiques across the UK, the US and EMEA, and says it also hires for firms in Australia. It is based in London.

The company was founded in 2005 by Simon Healy, its Managing Director. He began his career in 1991 as a management consultancy recruiter and built and sold an executive search business in 2002 before starting Atlantic. More recently he has become active in M&A, advising search firms and introducing companies to potential acquisition and investment opportunities. The company says it has more than 20 years in specialist search and a global network.

Associate Director Tina Maddock joined in 2011 to develop its market for researchers and associates. She recruits researchers, associates and senior associates across all sectors into Tier 1, Tier 2 and global boutique retained executive search firms.
