Athlete2Business is a recruitment agency based in Botany, New South Wales, that places former professional athletes into business roles, with a focus on B2B sales. It was created by former professional athletes who became business executives. The company headhunts sales professionals rather than advertising jobs, and assesses candidates against what it calls the A+CHEC formula, which combines an athlete mindset with communication skills, humble confidence, emotional intelligence and commercial awareness.

It fills sales roles from junior to senior level, including business development managers, account executives, account managers, sales leaders and managers. It says it has placed sales professionals in media, technology, tech consulting, agency recruitment, construction and engineering, and e-commerce, in Australia, South East Asia, India and the USA. It reports that its placements have generated more than $100 million in revenue for clients.

The company also supports professional, semi-professional and recently retired athletes moving into sales careers, and groups its athlete network into four categories: Rookie, All Star, Superstar and Hall of Fame.
