Astrid & Flo

Astrid & Flo is a household staffing agency based in London. It places nannies, maternity nurses, rota nannies, mannies, house managers, governesses and private personal assistants with private, HNW and UHNW families. Its services also include housekeepers, domestic couples and combined nanny and housekeeper roles.

The agency was founded in London by Samantha Thomas, who says she has nearly two decades of experience in executive assistance and private household management. It recruits for families in London, the UK, Europe, Dubai and internationally.

Beyond sourcing candidates, the company supports families with employment contracts, salaries, payroll, HR and ongoing administration. It also continues to support both families and candidates throughout a placement.
