aston education

Aston Education is an education recruitment agency based in London. It was founded in 2019 by Tarja Aila, a qualified primary teacher with QTS, who moved into education recruitment twenty years ago and is director of the company.

The agency places candidates in permanent and long-term roles in schools, academies and multi-academy trusts across the UK and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. It works with primary and secondary schools, for roles ranging from ECTs to senior leaders and support staff. Tarja Aila specialises in permanent appointments.

The company says its team consists of qualified teachers with over 20 years of experience in education recruitment campaigns. It also provides career guidance and support for people looking for their first job in education or their next career step.
