Assembly Talent is an Australian owned recruitment agency that places candidates with brands in the retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and eCommerce industries. It was founded by Bec Matta. The company says it has over 20 years of experience across the retail, eCommerce, digital, beauty, lifestyle and FMCG sectors, and has placed candidates with brands in Australia and abroad.

Its services include exclusive and contingent talent acquisition, executive search across the C-suite, a talent network and pipeline, and talent mapping. It also offers recruitment strategy services, including advice on attracting talent and employee value propositions, and HR projects and support such as HR audits, processes, programs and reviews.

In retail it recruits sales, supply chain, storefront and strategy roles, at head office and in store. In fashion the roles run from apparel and accessories to pattern making and product management. In beauty they range from formulation and research to sales, marketing and clinical therapy. It also covers homewares and consumer goods in lifestyle, and trade managers, producers and social media specialists in eCommerce.
