Ashby Jenkins Recruitment is a recruitment agency working exclusively in the charity and not-for-profit sector across the UK. It specialises in senior appointments, fundraising and marketing roles, and also fills roles in innovation, database management, supporter care and prospect research. It recruits on a permanent, contract and temporary basis.

The business was established in November 2018 and is led by CEO Ashby Jenkins, who has worked in recruitment since 2014 and was previously a corporate fundraiser for two charities. The agency reports six permanent team members with a combined 30 years of experience recruiting in the charity and not-for-profit sector, and says most of its consultants come from a charity sector background.

The agency is based in London, at Aldgate. It says it was the first agency in the sector to introduce a completely anonymised submission process across all the roles it recruits for, to reduce unconscious bias at shortlisting stage.
