I Love My Job

I Love My Job is a recruitment agency based in London, founded in 2010 by Louisa Mordaunt, who launched it from her bedroom in Balham. It places candidates with employers ranging from startups and scale-ups to global brands, and says it has helped thousands of people find jobs.

The agency recruits in product development, sales, ecommerce, operations and supply chain, marketing, design, compliance, finance and business support. Its roles are advertised as full time, part time, freelance, internship, temporary and temp-perm, with positions in London, Surrey, Hertfordshire and elsewhere in the UK, including hybrid and remote work.

I Love My Job became B Corp certified in 2021 and says it was one of the first ten recruitment agencies in the UK to achieve this. In 2020 Mordaunt and co-founder Janine Jacob founded HappyHQ. The company reports a community of over 50,000 people and companies by 2022, and says it found its 1000th candidate a job in 2023.
