ASC Connections

ASC Connections is an employment agency providing contract, permanent and interim or temporary recruitment to SMEs and global corporations across the UK. It says it has over 30 years of experience. The current directors set up the business in 1991, working from their own homes, and it now operates from a network of UK offices, with its head office in Birmingham and others in Redditch and Wolverhampton. Neil McNally is Managing Director.

Recruitment is organised into four areas. Engineering, manufacturing and technology covers roles such as design engineering, quality engineering, controls and automation, software engineering and IT support. Supply chain and procurement covers automotive, third party logistics, parcel distribution and retail distribution. Business support covers sales, marketing, human resources, accounting and finance and customer service, and executive coverage includes engineering director, chief IT officer and general manager roles.

Services include projects and campaigns, recruitment process outsourcing, preferred recruitment supplier arrangements and retained search or selection. It is a member of the REC and of TEAM, a network of independent recruitment businesses.
